Nasyam
Nasyam(Nasal medication) is one among the five Panchakarma therapies in Ayurveda. It cleanses, purifies and strengthens the nasal passages. It also strengthens the sensory organs.
Nearly a decade ago, a group of friends with the support of Sri Vethathiri Maharishi's disciples started this social non-profit startup. Since then, With the support of few trusts and licensed practitioners, we conduct periodic bi-weekly programs across Chennai, helping the needy people to lead a healthy life.

When is Kalikkam conducted?
First Sunday of every calendar month from 6.00 P.M To 8.00 P.M – Kalikkam Free Eye Drop Camp will be conducted at Sri Marudhar Kesari Jain Hall, No.4, First Cross Street, RE Nagar, (Near Sangeetha Marriage Hall) Porur, Chennai.
When is Nasyam conducted?
Last Sunday of every calendar month from 7.00 a.m to 9.00 a.m – Nasyam Free nasal Drop Camp will be conducted.
Do you re-use acupuncture needles?
No, we don't re-use. In fact, we issue prescribed needles at free of cost for acupuncture, which is performed by experienced practitioners.
What about other activities?
It is conducted on request. During monthly sessions, concerned individuals can attain the treatments at free of cost.
